- Go to the login page.
- Click the Forgot Password link.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Click Submit.
- Check your email. On receipt of the new welcome email, click the link provided and enter the new temporary password. If successful, you will be prompted to create a custom password.

If you receive the email and the temporary password still isn't working, please make sure you are going to the correct web address. Each application has it's own unique login page.
