Whether your client is looking for another copy of a receipt from a recent payment or you just need something for your files, payment receipts can be resent by email anytime.
- Go to Search Transactions.
- Use the search parameters to locate the specific transaction.
- Click the View Details icon on the right side.
- Enter the recipient's email address in the box. Separate multiple addresses with a comma.
- Click the Email Receipt button.
- A pop-up window will confirm that the message sent successfully.
- Click the Close Window button to exit the payment details screen.
