You are entering payments and you receive an error that says, "Duplicate transaction, wait at least 480 minutes before trying again."
This is a back-end fraud tool designed to detect and block duplicate transactions. The system uses the last 4 digits of the card number and the transaction amount to determine if a duplicate transaction has been submitted during the specified time period regardless of whether or not the previous attempt(s) were approved.
If you receive this message and are certain the attempt is not a duplicate, you can simply call ClientPay Support at 855-299-0476 and notify them of the error. We will temporary remove the tool and add it back as soon as you are finished processing payments on that card.
