The Send Feedback link at the bottom of the left navigation bar lets you contact the ClientPay Team without having to leave the app to send an email. The system automatically captures information about your user profile so we know who you are and what firm you are with.
Contact Support: Questions and comments sent through this link automatically generate a ticket for our Support Team. You will receive an email confirming we received your request.
Send Product Feedback: You can help us improve our product so we want to hear from you! Report a problem, give a suggestion or submit an enhancement request directly to our Products team.
