All new ClientPay accounts have default features and functionality enabled, however, the system is very customizable. There may be optional features that are not enabled. If you are interested in anything discussed in Help Center articles that does not appear in your portal today or if there are any modules you would like to remove, contact our Support Team to request the change. Please note that portal customization requests can only be made by Admin users.
