2. What does the acquisition mean for current customers of ClientPay?
There is no change to any current ClientPay customer, they will continue to receive the same great customer service and sales support from the ClientPay team. There are no changes to pricing or day-to-day operations as a result of this acquisition.

4. Does this change my pricing, transactions or product?
There are no changes to any ClientPay accounts, pricing or product features as a result of this acquisition. ClientPay will continue to deliver on its roadmap commitments.
5. Will the ClientPay brand name continue?
Yes, it is a strong brand with a great reputation and will be the new 5th brand in the AffiniPay portfolio joining LawPay, AffiniPay for Associations, CPACharge and DesignPay.
6. AffiniPay leads the brands of LawPay, CPACharge, AffiniPay for Associations and DesignPay. Will I have to move to one of AffiniPay’s brands?
No. AffiniPay is proud to add ClientPay to its portfolio of offerings and is committed to supporting its roadmap, integrations and strong customer service.
7. Will the integrations with technical partners continue or change as a result of the acquisition?
All of ClientPay’s partnerships and technical integrations will continue to be supported by the ClientPay and AffiniPay teams.
8. Does AffiniPay share the ClientPay core values?
Yes. Both companies are founded on a culture of customer first. ClientPay’s “earn the right to recommend” and AffiniPay’s “surprisingly great” approach result in very high net promoter scores relative to the industry. Both companies have very high customer loyalty as a result.
